I just got off the phone with Joy and Jesse. They have not been able
to get onto the internet today. They gave me several prayer requests
to share as follows:
Jesse may have a kidney stone as he has been in quite a bit of pain
for the past 3 days. He is drinking lots of water and taking
antibiotics. He has been trying to do his work as usual, but finding
it hard...
Praise the Lord for His clear guidance as they interviewed, hired, and
trained 8 new teachers in the past three weeks. Thank you for your
prayers.
Tomorrow morning is the first day of school orientation for the more
than forty new students. Pray that the new teachers who have never
taught before, catch on quickly and all goes well.
Today they got a call saying that a visiting videography team will be
coming out to video the school and interview Jesse and Joy and the
teachers all morning. Jesse is to pick them up at their hotel at 8
am. Please pray that all goes well.
Sorry this is so short, but we wanted to get this out as soon as possible.
