Thank you again for praying us back across the ocean. Please continue to uphold the boys as they start school here tomorrow morning!
Thank you for your prayers! We arrived safely on Sunday around 4pm local time with all our luggage in tow! Here is a glimpse of the trip in airport pictures:
CHARLOTTE, NC, USA: After the luggage was all checked in and just before heading through security, we listen to my Dad finish the last chapter of the book we were reading aloud together.
WASHINGTON, D.C., USA: The boys huddle on an air vent watching a movie while Jesse checks us and our luggage in again for the next flight.
ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA: The boys spend part of our layover playing "security check." They hide a ball of candy wrappers in the luggage and the designated agent finds them :).
BUJUMBURA, BURUNDI: We gather in a circle outside the airport with those who came to welcome us and Pascal offers a prayer of thanks to the Lord for bringing us safely home.
