Well, looks like our diagnosis may be rotavirus again, though since there are no places here able to do that test there is no way to be sure. Micah is having loads of diarrhea, and now Zach has started having severe stomach cramping and is throwing up. Thankfully Dr. Morgan (the Egyptian pediatrician) hasn't left for the summer yet so he is able to give anti-emetic injections and do child size IVs if we should need them. Please pray with us that it wont' get that far, but we will head that direction quickly this time to prevent any need for medivac. Pray also for Jesse and I. Our history makes this even harder to handle than it would be under normal circumstances.
