Needing prayer again

Dear Praying Friends and Family,

I keep waiting until I'm on top of things enough to write a "real" newsletter, but at this rate that won't be any time soon, so I thought I'd still ask for the prayers we need…

Personal Praise:

Elliot's jaundice is completely cleared

Personal Prayers:

Thankfully we have not had any major crisis, but we have been sick with one stomach bug after another since I wrote last.  I think the amount of bodily fluids Jesse and I have cleaned up this past month exceeds the total from the rest of our time in Africa.  Everyone has been sick—Micah has had flu and worms and lost a little weight.  Jesse and I have had flu and parasites and sadly not lost any weight J. Elliot has avoided most of the problems, though yesterday and this morning he has had an awful stomach ache and what seems like mild diarrhea.  As usual with tummy bugs, Zach has had the worst of it.  He woke up the household this morning by throwing up yet again, and to this point he hasn't been able to keep anything down.  Pray that this episode will stop and that his overall health will improve again.  So far he hasn't lost too much weight, but we can't keep this up.  As you can imagine, it is wearing mentally as well as physically.

Ministry Praise:

The Timothy Bible School Graduation is this coming Friday, the 17th. We are excited to see 30 more students complete the program!

Ministry Prayer:

The Discovery School Christmas program will be on Dec. 18- pray that the gospel message presented will change hearts and that the festivities will be enjoyed by all.

There is so much more in every area, but these are the highlights.  Thank you, as always, for keeping us before the Father in prayer.  We are confident that it makes all the difference.

Have a blessed advent!

Joy
